Jimmy Carter Leaves Cuba, Where He Denounced U.S. Embargo and Met with Dissidents

Former President Jimmy Carter has finished his second visit to Cuba. He did not secure the release of jailed American contractor Alan Gross, and met with Fidel Castro, saying We welcomed each other as old friends.
